By opting in to receive text messages from ERG Global Solutions Inc, you agree to the following terms.

The messages you may receive

We operate two separate message categories. You will only receive messages in a category you have specifically opted in to.

• Customer care messages. Replies to your enquiry, questions about the property you submitted, scheduling a property walkthrough, and updates on your cash offer. Sent only if you opted in to customer care text messages.
• Marketing messages. New off-market property opportunities, investment property announcements, and other marketing messages. Sent only if you opted in to marketing text messages.

How you opt in

Consent is collected on the contact form of this website, through two separate checkboxes — one for customer care messages and one for marketing messages.

• Both checkboxes are unchecked by default. You must tick a box yourself to opt in to that category.
• Both checkboxes are entirely optional. The contact form can be submitted with both boxes left unticked, and we will respond by email or phone instead.
• The two categories are independent. Ticking one does not opt you in to the other, and you may opt in to one, both, or neither.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of doing business with us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on the category you opted in to and, for customer care messages, on the progress of your enquiry.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and your plan. ERG Global Solutions Inc does not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe, and no further messages will be sent in that program.

Carriers

Our messaging program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Changes to the program

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS program at any time. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
