Wholesaling is the other half of our business. We identify off-market property, agree terms with the seller, place it under contract, and then assign that contract to a buyer from our investor network who is ready to close.

For a seller, the experience is much the same as a direct purchase: you agree a price, you sign a contract, and the transaction closes through a title company. We are straightforward about our role — when a contract will be assigned rather than closed by us directly, the seller knows that up front.
