We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• Transaction parties. If you proceed with a sale, we share what is necessary with the title company, escrow agent, attorneys, inspectors, and — where a contract is assigned — the investor buyer taking assignment.
• Service providers. Vendors who operate this website, our email, and our phone and messaging systems, acting on our instructions.
• Legal requirements. Where we are required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights.

As stated in the Mobile Information section above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and are never shared with any third parties.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, complete any transaction, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. Records of SMS consent and opt-out are retained as long as required to demonstrate compliance.
